All egg sachets contain multiple eggs and hatching is completely dependent on the correct ecosystem being provided. The water, temperature and even sunlight exposure can effecting hatching. Please follow the provided instructions carefully to avoid disappointment. Failure to hatch is unlikely to be a fault of the product and refunds/replacements will not be provided on used items, however, we may provide a discount on refill kits.
