The series was originally intended to be 120 parts but has been extended multiple times before a re-launch. To identify your collection and missing volumes, these are the 3 collections to be aware of:
The initial UK release of 'Classic' novels features roman numbering on the side and ran for 40 issues, ending with XL.
The 2012 release features a masked Wolverine in the 4 character thumbnails that runs across the top of each novel. This release received multiple extensions and eventually ran to 240 issues. The collection is intended to sit alongside the 'Classic' collection, making 280 novels.
The series was re-launched in 2016 to incorporate all previous releases into a revised numbering system and artwork on the spines. The novels are in a similar order but thumbnails were replaced, including an un-masked Logan. The artwork on the spines is mostly out of alignment with the 2012 releases, making the collection incompatible for this purpose.
