Shipping policy

All products are dispatched by the next working day, but we aim for same day dispatch when possible. Orders requiring customisation or special postage terms can be delayed (ie customised RC cars), so please message us with these items to discuss timescales.

All parcel items are sent with Royal Mail tracked services. Due to the nature of our product range and protection during shipping, this is the only service we use. We hold a large range of module boxes and reinforced packaging to ensure we have the idea size for our items; we do not ship products in plastic bags.

If for any reason, your item is received in poor condition , please document the delivery, the packaging and the item, to ensure we have all the necessary information to claim for any damages.
